Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days upon receipt of your item to request a return.
We accept returns for store credit within 30 days of the delivery or purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.Â
To request a return, contact us at info@kinleyrose.com. Include your order number, a description of the item, and the reason for the return. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Â
The price of the return label will be deducted from your refund after your return is approved. The return label will be provided to you.Â

Damages and IssuesÂ
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If it is in original condition with tags attached and proof of purchase was provided, you will be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it may take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Items We Are Not Responsible For
If the customer fails to follow proper washing directions or damages the item after wearing Kinley Rose is not responsible for returning or refunding that item.
